I think the last owners were the "money pit" couple, they bought it when it was in desperate need of some basic repairs/maintenance (people before them were old af and had it for 40 yrs) and just never did it for whatever reason. I still think $25k is plenty to fix critical things and prevent further deterioration and I can do a lot of the work myself which saves a ton of money. I'm not planning a full restore/renovation, just enough to make it marketable and comfortable enough for someone who didnt grow up in the fucking depression lol. A lot of work but I have the time --- "You cannot even beat somebody into that level of stupidity and delusion." Me, on Trump supporters ... Copied to Clipboard! |
