My friends would do grubhub or uber eats or whatever frequently on our Sunday night tabletop days back before the covids I'd say a solid 80% of the time something about it was fucked up. I don't see a reason to pay a premium to have your order entirely fucked up. I just don't get why there isn't a way to contact the driver and be like "Hey can you come back and give me my order". Cuz now whoever is getting my order is probably mad as fuck too when I could've saved us both the trouble. And it sucks because it looks like they only refunded me for the food.
