Well for starters they have a tablet instead of integrating into our online ordering like doordash.

So I have to manually input the order which wastes my time compared to Doordarshan or standard online orders. Also the tablet will keep having a full screen notification pop up for a few seconds every 30 seconds or so and prevent me form reading the order to actually finish inputting it.

When I hit a time it doesn't actually use it. If I hit "ready for driver in 20 mins" it will say 8 minutes or something.

Drivers tend to be extremely late or extremely early. I have had many times where a driver never showed up or came after a couple hours. Also had several cases of stolen orders or other such fuckery.

There is no option to tip me. The driver gets tipped but its not even an option to do so it seems. Its irritating having this shit give me extra work without any extra reward. Carryout was already up heavily before we started doing delivery too. Lots of rude drivers

Customer service is ass. Waits, lots of people with thick accents I can reading barely understand reading scripts and phone tag.

My policy is just to not even call them anymore. I just sub in the closest thing to whatever we can't do and tell the driver about it. We run a skeleton crew now. I am the only one on phone/register/carryout. I cannot spend 10+mins to ask a customer service representative to ask the guest what they want instead of the side we ran out of.

If its a big issue(I.E a whole meal we cannot do) I just cancel the whole order immediately.

Grubhub is garbage and I won't let its garbage drag an entire rush down with it. I refuse to lose out on tips, get yelled at and drive my stress through the roof for it.
