If Roe v Wade gets overturned, Republicans are done winning elections for a generation, they'd be putting the party out to pasture. What else? The gun situation isn't going to get worse-- or better, depending on your viewpoint. No amount of restrictions or control can fix the problem, and since there are no records of most gun ownership in most states, seizure isn't realistic-- and honestly, it's not statistically popular. Privacy is already extinct. Health care might be paid for now, but I can tell you from experience that a lot of doctors are holding out on treatment because they won't get expected recompense-- so that's a whole shitshow that isn't being addressed.
