If Roe v Wade gets overturned, Republicans are done winning elections for a generation, they'd be putting the party out to pasture. What else? The gun situation isn't going to get worse-- or better, depending on your viewpoint. No amount of restrictions or control can fix the problem, and since there are no records of most gun ownership in most states, seizure isn't realistic-- and honestly, it's not statistically popular. Privacy is already extinct. Health care might be paid for now, but I can tell you from experience that a lot of doctors are holding out on treatment because they won't get expected recompense-- so that's a whole shitshow that isn't being addressed. Tell me, how much worse does it get? Three voting generations have grown up with abortion as a possible avenue in health care. It's enormously popular legislation. You want to move independents and the 45% of Americans that don't vote? Sure, most of them are going to vote straight-ticket R anyway, but there are definitely some of them who would just be satisfied and stop voting without the specter of abortion being hung over their heads every election.
