This one is literally open borders so to say so it's not stay in your house 24/7. No one is thinking about the first line workers in hospitals there too busy thinking of what this means to them. It essentially helps the hospital workers and doesn't break there back so much. but I pretty much expected people to hate on biden and gavie for this.
