To be fair, and this is the HR admin in me, while people re supposed to leave home at home that's not always possible. It's in everyone's best interest to have a dialogue with the troubled employee/actor and see if they want to talk or need a day or two off. It is astonishing how simply acknowledging that someone clearly isnt 100% can improve their performance and attitude, sometimes people just want to talk/vent or just know that someone else there cares enough to ask. As the star of the show, I think that may have gone a long way with her if Will had had that conversation. Not his responsibility per se, but at the same time if you want your show/business to run smoothly you try and retain your talent (to a reasonable extent of course). --- "You cannot even beat somebody into that level of stupidity and delusion."
