Basically its an engine upgrade on any Fire Red base pokemon hack that has a ton of quality life changes and modernizes the game. Stuff like current gen exp share, showing IV grades on the pokemon screen, the dexnav, ability to use HM moves without wasting the move slot on the pokemon, ability to catch pokemon up to gen 7/8, moves and abilities up to gen 7/8, etc. It's really amazing.
