I'm not sure what starting wage is atm. They have a new contract since I left. It was like $10 and then you got another raise after 30 days and a second after 90. So you'd make like $12 once you stuck things out. From history, I'd add about $2 to that if I had to guess. Then like $1 or so raise every year plus some random raises thrown in there. Benefits are fantastic. It's like 20-$50 for virtually anything so factor that in too.

If you get an interview just make sure you say you're looking to stay there more than a year and that you don't miss work often. They'll have a question about do you think you can handle the physical work and the obvious answer is yes but just relate some past job experience or something.
