We have a NHS track and trace app and IF notified on it that you've come into contact with someone with COVID then that's 10 days isolation for you. It's not law but highly recommended. My bros housemate got notified and because my bro lives with him they both had to isolate for 10 days. Apparently two people at his work got it.
