Studios were already on their way out anyways and subscription sites taking over from hosters like PH. You realize this would prop up studios more than anything right? When you put that many barriers on entry for an individual trying to make content, it makes it it difficult for a single person to manage. Thus porn studios. I wouldn't be at all surprised if OnlyFans were taken down as a result of this legislation.
