Eh, I am fine with the potatoes. Nothing wrong with a good baked potato. I would have traded the butter for sour cream (not loading it up like some people, just a little dab to give it some extra zing), but butter is perfecty fine too.

I'm not sure what happened there with the steak, the steak from last time was a perfect rare, but I guess she got distracted with this one or something. This one ended up somewhere between a medium rare and medium(a little closer to medium). As with the onion, it tastes perfectly fine. It tastes like a raw onion, but soft, not crunchy. I guess that might be weird to some, but we love raw onions, but the crunchyness is a bit weird to go with steak.
