It might be the clenching causing the Night Terrors not the other way around btw - try and fix that issue first. I think more magnesium or zinc can help. I forget which.
My diets pretty bad, I wont lie; and a lot of it external (limbs not moving is because my dog lays on them while I'm asleep), but the Lucid dreaming helps a lot.
