Yea, I don't see it mention that on either dictionary.com or merriam-webster, and whoever added that on wiki is clearly trying to add meanings to the word that were never intended. I mean it's sourced to encyclopedias from 21 years ago, so nobody just "added meanings to the word that were never intended" on wikipedia Terms change and grow over time. The reason sexual objectification is seen to fall under misogyny is because it literally strips women of their value and worth as a person to instead view them as an object that exists merely to provide sexual gratification.
