The Impeachment Managers presented it as "The Big Lie", which is what Biden was referring to (Also a Big Lie is a common term referring to the kind of lie Trump made).

As in "the Big Lie" referred to Biden's speech itself, considering the sheer number of attempts to mislead, misinform, and craft a narrative that runs in stark contrast to reality. He all but took credit for the creation of vaccines that were developed before he took office, and launched thinly-veiled dig after thinly-veiled dig at Trump for the fact that these vaccines weren't even announced until after the election (itself likely a deliberate act, given how quickly after election they were announced).
