Towards the end when the camera gets closer to the bag it definitely appears that the bag is at least made of something more durable than a grocery store plastic bag. Mostly unrelated, but when I lived in Sierra Leone plastic bags were commonly used to get fires going. Locals would take a lighter to the bag and then let the molten plastic drip into their coal pot to get the coals started.
