After the caption was explained, it kinda felt like they were swiping in the other direction -- suggesting that Markle's accusations (which I haven't really followed) were over-dramatic. Mostly for the reasons that Stream explained, in that the comparison is beyond hyperbolic and the drawing of that contrast kind of highlights how petty the royal spat is compared to the much larger problems elsewhere. Also a valid interpretation, though it's pretty hard to argue that "we're concerned that a 1/4-black child of a pasty ginger and a slightly tanned woman might be too black to be royalty" isn't blatantly racist, and that's not something anyone should have to deal with regardless of how good the rest of their life is. --- This is my signature.
