We live in a world where people will say "I'm good now you can trust me I'm on your side", and then will in the future demonstrate in some way how they're not.

There are clearly people in this topic still mindful of what TC has said and done in the past and aren't entirely ready to forgive and forget. That's human, and you can't make them do otherwise.

These things take time. TC has shown they understand this and are trying.

"You should be thankful" is the language of demanding gratitude, and the language of abusers.

If that's not the words you were trying to say, then use different words. Have a care.

I mean, she clearly started to change over a year ago. This didn't happen yesterday.

I feel being thankful equates to just not bringing up past stuff.
