It was the 80s! The 1380s BC, to be precise. Nowadays a lot of that stuff is super-illegal.

How come we don't have more stuff of Greek/Roman Mythology?

Hotshotting, mostly. So many stories were adapted to tv and film in the past that they're too well-known. Plus many don't lend themselves to full-length films, or sometimes even full-length episodes.

We still see a lot of things loosely based on my son, Heracles (known better among you mortals as Hercules, or to some as Hunkules).
