I myself make 6 figures with a meager associates degree I didn't use. You need to negotiate and also look for jobs that aren't minimum wage to begin with. You know how to post on GameFAQs. That tells me you could work for a bank or something answering emails. I tried in the past to apply to job with better pay, but every time I tried my application was rejected. That is why I decided to get into studying, so I can get qualifications to apply for better jobs. Every country is different in how difficult it is to get a job and the wages are different.
