Topic	2 Women in Mercedes Flee & Instantly Kill 3 Kia Passengers in Violent Crash

Witnesses said the women were disoriented and had to be carried out of the car as it caught on fire. The last update I saw, was that police were the relationship between the good Samaritan and the Mercedes driver, as that would determine if it was a hit and run. Either way, as long as they can prove who the driver was, they can still get her with vehicular manslaughter. And if they were notified by the hospital right after the crash, it may still be possible to give a DUI charge. It's happened before when an officer contacted a driver at the hospital and noticed signs of intoxication. That's of course, assuming they were drunk and not just racing.
