adjl 05/24/21 10:42:55 PM #3:	It's not actually uncommon for recovering anorexics to end up overweight, simply because they're incapable of dieting healthily. It's similar to alcoholism in that way: there is no way for a recovering alcoholic to drink in a responsible, healthy way, so they just avoid it altogether. Anorexia is a matter of compulsively taking "I feel like I need to lose weight" to a dangerous extreme, so recovering from it entails just not letting oneself feel that way.
