I'm confident I'll have a presentable amount of muscle mass by then (hell, I already do), but I definitely want my belly to be smaller, with abs as visible as possible. So today I started tracking my macro nutrients. Holy shit, I've been eating WAAAYYYY too much! To put it vaguely, without going into detail about macro nutrients, I could eat about 800-1000 fewer calories than I have been, based on a rough estimate of my lean body mass.
