Jiek_Fafn 06/01/21 6:05:32 PM #74: | First workout back went pretty well. My very first one armed dumbell press I did manage to flip myself on the floor though lol. I flaired my elbows out a little too far and lost my balance. I had added 5 lbs since I'm well rested. That part went well enough. Completed 3 sets of 7-8 with good form. Rest of my routine was pretty standard. Also, I forgot to do a bit less pre workout. Got some intense tingly face going on. Did not enjoy that. --- PSN: Jiek ... Copied to Clipboard! |
