Topic	Did you like the star wars sequel or prequel trilogy more?

I enjoyed the visuals (seriously, I have no idea why everyone kept bashing CGI. Yeah, it's not the same as 'real', but that's not always a bad thing) and I liked that they tried some different stuff than the 'traditional' story lines like rebels vs empire. As for the sequels, I liked TFA, no complaints about it. Understandable that they played it safe. Just a good, nice, fun SW movie that hits all the sweet spots. The big mistake about the sequel trilogy was that none of it was planned out in advance, which ended up biting them in the ass hard. TLJ was first SW movie I sincerely thought was bad (not counting Holiday Special or other crap like that). The fact that TLJ seemed to lead nowhere and closed the story to any potentially interesting directions, and the fact that Rogue One and Solo were mediocre at best really put a dent in my faith in Disney-controlled SW. So much in fact that I haven't watched TROS to this day (I know what it is about, and that only makes me not want to see it even more). --- The secrets of the ancient world have been unearthed.
