There seems to be an effort by the media to make people think Palestinians are represented by Hamas. Someone will point out they got the majority of seats in a parlimentary election (though not the majority of votes), ignoring they also lost a presidential election and when opposing popularly supported reforms Hamas just declared a war on the Palestinian Authority and took over Gaza by force.
