Penicillins and Sulfas being prominent. Information like the initial example makes sense for people with those allergies. The warnings almost never say something like "Don't take PotDulax if you're allergic to shellfish or penicillin", though. What they're making fun of is how a lot of ads these days say something like "Don't take PotDulax if you're allergic to PotDulax." To which the only rational reply is: "No shit."
