Topic	I wish the Purge movies were made by people who were better at making movies.

Are you really gonna make shit like rape and pedophilia legal for a day? And are victims of violence or their loved ones just supposed to forget about everything the next day? What about all the crazy shit people would do that would create lasting problems after the purge was over? See, I think they could actually do a pretty interesting twist on their formula with that. Imagine a movie where someone's kid got stuck over at a friend's house during the purge, and it turns out they got abused while the laws were suspended. So then we fast-forward to the next purge, and instead of hiding, the kid's parents decide to go out and get their revenge. It's a race against the clock to break in and kill those bastards while they legally can. It would be a neat way of showing why the purge exists.
