I feel like our society is officially broken because of covid. * Can't get enough people to follow safety guidelines for it to matter. * Can't get enough people vaccinated for it to matter Unfortunately a lot of people who may have otherwise been accepting of the lock downs and safety guidelines, and perhaps even on board with the vaccine, have been burnt out from a 24/7 news cycle of "this new variant is much more transmissable or deadly or whatever" and just want to move on from the whole thing.
