Topic	Can someone tell me how the KKK is 'legal'

Wtf is going on in Baton Rouge? They knew how to communicate it with winks and nods, but the guy at my school was the odd man out for talking about it publicly. The sherif and fire chief didnt make their affiliation public, but everyone found out eventually.
