Topic	If Delta is even more contagious, why aren't we going into lockdown like 2020?

Current with delta varient: 1) There is no hope contain COVID. 2) 70% of people are vaccinated, hospitals will do fine. 3) We have a surplus of ventilators 4) We have more treatments now for the disease and better understand it.
