You can't necessarily say "having an IQ of 94 makes you dumb compared to everyone else," but you can say "your IQ has gone from 94 to 87, which is a measurable decline in that aspect of your cognitive function." Ideally, there would be other metrics of cognitive function to get a more comprehensive picture of the effects, but losing an average of 7 IQ points is still significant and worth reporting. --- This is my signature.
