People are mad at Joe Biden for how he's handled the withdrawal (and they should be mad at him for leaving border children in Trump cages). Harris is a new start and a possible shot at galvanizing members of certain demographics. Even if she's done things in the past like putting people away on petty drug charges, she's still a door opening for candidates to follow. America could have its first female president and its second Black president.
