Topic	I think I just had a panic attack. What the fuck

My first panic attack, I swear it was at the zoo. I was eight and we went to the zoo with my parents and grandparents. I walked around, looked at the animals, and I turned to my parents and said, I think Im going to die. They looked down at me, and I explained: I was seeing scary animals. My mom told me I was safe. But we stopped the zoo that day. Im scared of dogs, cats, snakes. Sometimes Ill turn a corner and hear a growl and think Im going to die. I can get panicky just being outside in the summer. Ill get this sick, shaky feeling that is more than just fear, and it makes me physically ill. I have a really hard time functioning, I know. Gosh, that sounds awful.
