Customers will occassionally bring their car to you, you have to customize the car and deliver it. Works exactly like the warehouse. 10 cars a day will be on a board and you gotta collect them and deliver them to the docks. 20k each car, an extra 100k for doing all 10. Contract jobs which are basically mini heists. 2 set ups and the heist mission. about 185k per heist. Also, you can customize your cars here, you get a 10 car garage included. Just dont buy any employees or a car lift, not needed. Oh and certain mods like chrome tuner wheels, classic paint jobs, and other stuff are FREE which is nice.
