During the corporation arc, Light practically gets demoted to being a secondary character that helps L faithfully in the investigation and also questions to himself whether he could really be Kira, who in the moment he views as evil. Then, when he finally touches the Death Note again, it's like a rebirth of the character, this time as the narrative's villain. That is hands down, one of my favorite moments in the series. That almost inhuman scream, the long pause, and then the camera panning onto a completely new, almost demonic expression with Light thinking only one thing: "I've won." --- WHO MODS THE MODERATORS? <cite>Kisai posted [p:957622650] in By the end...
