| Sahuagin 09/07/21 5:12:52 AM #18: | hmmm for games, after looking through many trilogy lists, unless I'm missing something, it has to be Dark Souls 1. it's not easy to remember everything that's a trilogy though. runners up include: Metroid Prime 1 - MP1 definitely best, but not the best of these Baldur's Gate 1 - classic BG was the best infinity engine game, but doesn't beat DS1 Mass Effect 1 - good but flawed, and ME3 almost made me hate the series SMB1 - would have won when I was a kid Fallout 1 - I think I like F3 better though Age of Wonders 1 - this is probably second place behind DS1. AoW1 is fantastic. Dungeon Siege 1 - Dungeon Siege 1 is very good, but the sequels definitely are not. Descent 1 - Descent 1 is one of the best PC action games ever, but hard to put action ahead of RPGs Deus Ex 1 - extremely good but doesn't beat Dark Souls Turok 1 - probably the weakest in this list Exile/Avernum 1 - might have won when I was a teen --- ...
