However, you should also be aware of how people are treated differently based on race at a systemic level. So you should be aware that some people aren't being colorblind? Again, that's not a criticism of the practice of colorblindness. Noumena posted... Being colorblind means you cant have a negative attitude toward things benefitting minorities, because you can't see it! I disagree.
