Situation: what was the situation Task: what task did you have to do Action: what action did you take Result: what was the result How do you feel when you work under pressure? I believe I can be cool under pressure because I have a lot of experience in working under those conditions. At my last job, I had to handle a rush of customers by myself a couple times because we had some staffing issues so that was a big step. One specific time, I got through the entire lunch rush without help. Yeah it took a little longer than usual, but all the customers left happy and my manager gave my employee of the week because of it. Also even if you have an answer prepped, take a second to breathe, think about the question, then answer.
