You can do sit ups and crunches also just tightening and releasing your tummy muscles.

You might think I'm joking here, but...well....seriously, sex (especially for women) is a great way to workout and women especially have muscles tighten/spasm while having orgasms and even during normal sex. If you use toys,hands/tongue etc you can make it last quite along time and both of you will burn a ton of calories (while having a blast) Sex is seriously the best workout.

Cardio of course is going to burn calories and def will help reduce a belly. That is what I'm doing mostly. Areobics, Beat Saber, jogging/running/biking/swimming all work well. For a fun community workout do water areobics if you can (also get to see her in a swimsuit that way!!).

Diet is also really important, make sure your burning the calories you consume and try and avoid too many carbs etc (for her).

I've lost 30 pounds now in 2 months and broke a bottleneck I kept hitting for the last 15 years or so. I'm 14 pounds away from my target weight. It gets easier the better shape you get in honestly.

Not joking about the sex though, if your not into her, and are just friends, you could still tell her about it. Heck she could use a sex machine if she doesn't want a guy (or hook up with a girl). Would still have the same effect and be enjoyable for her (they can be expensive but you can get a cheap one for like $300 I think).
