| monkmith 10/01/21 9:10:50 PM #9: | its an antiviral that works on coronavirus, it interrupts the function of viral RNA-polymerase and fucks up the growth of the virus. its great they have a new antiviral, but the thing about antivirals is that they run the risk of abuse just like antibacterials. if they come onto the market, and dumbasses buy them in bulk and start their own half-ass treatment regiment, we're gonna see covid quickly mutate to ignore them. something like this is great for hospital use, but because people are fucking stupid you'll see it sold online. --- Taarsidath-an halsaam.
