All you need is a "chance". I used to go crazy and would spend 10-20 bucks per draw and then realize what a big waste of money it is when you don't even match one freaking number. So no, you don't need to spend 10-20 bucks. Just spend 2 dollars and tell yourself at least you put your name in the hat. --- Gamefreak used CUT!
