I generally buy ten bucks in draws if the jackpot is over a billion. Never if it's below

Any time a Jackpot goes over 250 million or whatever, I usually always buy at least 1 ticket. Like they say, you need to be in it, to win it. All you need is a "chance".
I used to go crazy and would spend 10-20 bucks per draw and then realize what a big waste of money it is when you don't even match one freaking number. So no, you don't need to spend 10-20 bucks.
