The last 5-7 days of school was basically us going in just for the 2 hour block of time we needed to be there to take whatever final exam was that day. Because classes were technically "over" the only students that really stuck around for the whole day were the underclassmen that lived too far away to walk home, or didn't know anyone that could drive them home. Now, elementary and junior high? That's where we had a legit "last day of school" and yes, they were mostly spent playing games and just general dicking around. One year I do remember bringing in my Sega Genesis and hooking it up to a TV, where we proceeded to have a class-wide NBA Jam Tournament. It was the perfect amount, because there were only 16 kids in my class that day. --- It takes zero effort to be a good person. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
