She volunteered to be an unelected queen in robes passing judgment on everyone's rights and all of the members of the court agree on most things, regardless of the terrible consequences for workers, consumers, voters, etc. She's also ran in elite circles almost her entire life and is over 80. There's essentially no one in those categories that has good views on everything.
