JRPGs at least. For some reason devs think making a fight 15 minutes long because the enemy has 1m hp is good design and I'll never figure it out. I gave Xenoblade Chronicles 2 a shot because everyone said it was a good Switch RPG and holy shit even the regular enemies take like 5 minutes to kill sometimes, this is terrible. The fights aren't even hard, they're just annoying because they last so long and the battle system isn't good enough for me to want them to be drawn out.
The battles are slow at the start of the game but are much faster as you progress and start doing driver/blade combos and chain attacks consistently.
