The Fundamental Basic Operating Protocols for FireArms Safety doesn't change just because you're making a movie. In fact, it needs to be taught to EVERYBODY on set. The fact that it's not and everybody relies on a "Prop Master" to do all the safety handling is what is wrong with Hollywood and why people have died on set.
