Topic	Tucson cops shoot suspect riding a mobility scooter in the back.

Dude was moving slower than a toddler learning how to walk, and the cop that shot him fired like 9 shots into his back from point blank range. The guy didn't make any threatening movements (I mean, how could he, he was like fucking 9472397 years old), all he did was keep very slowly moving forward and away from the cops. Literally could have just kicked the wheelchair/scooter over.
