he was suspected of stealing a toolbox and allegedly had a knife. They couldnt stop him without firing 8 shots into his back? He was going slower than most people walk. In the security footage you see an employee standing just feet away before they start firing. There was no immediate risk there.

I didn't see a knife in the video.

That cop (who's name is Remington) shot and killed that guy on suspicion of theft.

What trash.

Also, he was shot 9 times, not 8, not that it matters.

I saw this video yesterday. It was extremely fucked up. Dude was moving slower than a toddler learning how to walk, and the cop that shot him fired like 9 shots into his back from point blank range. The guy didn't make any threatening movements (I mean, how could he, he was like fucking 9472397 years old), all he did was keep very slowly moving forward and away from the cops. Literally could have just kicked the wheelchair/scooter over.



This is one of the last frames before the guy on the left runs up and unloads on this guy.
