There really should be monthly training/seminars with consenquences for not attending or keeping ones skill up to par. For instance, if you get too fat to perform the techniques you are suspended until further notice. I mean youre assuming something you dont know. We have training days every other Friday. We have quarterly qualifications with hand to hand tactics and firearms.
